1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Securify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Securify for designing compliant CCTV systems in accordance with your plan and applicable regulations. You are responsible for the accuracy of your designs and exports. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Securify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Securify platform — including software, design, text, and graphics — are the exclusive property of Securify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Project data and designs you create remain your property.
5. Design Responsibility
Securify provides tools and guidance for CCTV system design. Final responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of any design or submission rests solely with the user. Securify does not guarantee approval by any authority.
6. Payment & Pricing
Pricing is project-based as displayed on our pricing page. Payments are due upon purchase of a project pack. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Securify reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, project delays, authority rejections, or decisions made based on platform outputs.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Modifications
Securify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
